We love hemp foods so much we see no reason to love any other. That’s why we’re proud to be the world’s largest manufacturer to grow, make, and sell our own line of hemp food products.
Our passion for hemp foods is rooted in our Co-Founder and CEO Mike Fata’s personal transformation. He used to weigh over 300 pounds and was sick and tired of being sick and tired. When he decided it was time for a change, he overhauled his diet, focusing on protein, good fats, and fibre – all nutrients found in hemp foods! Since hemp foods played such an essential role in Mike’s health transformation, he wanted everyone to be able to try them.

QUALITY FROM SEED TO SHELF
Quality is extremely important to us. That’s why we take a seed to shelf approach, controlling everything from what hemp seed gets planted, to how products are manufactured, packaged, and distributed.
1. Seed
Quality starts at the source. We’re part of the entire process including working directly with Canadian farmers and influencing how our non-GMO seed is grown and handled.
2. Manufacture
Big or small, every part of the manufacturing process matters to us. Whether it’s pneumatically moving seed through the facility to prevent cracks and handling damage, or using small oil presses to minimize heat generation to protect hemp’s precious omegas, we control every part of how our products are made.
3. Test
Not every hemp seed is created equal. To ensure that you get the best products possible, we have an in-house lab and quality team that tests at every stage of the process. Products go through a minimum of 34 tests before going to market.
4. Package
Presentation and packaging matters. Our love and care for our products means paying attention to details and using packaging like laminated pouches to protect products against light, air, and accidental punctures.
5. Distribute
Hemp foods fresh to order. Our control at every stage allows for quick turnaround. All of our products are made right before they’re ordered and shipped.
6. Shelf
Real food should taste fresh. Our commitment to quality throughout the whole process means you’re getting the freshest tasting product on shelves.
