Description
Nutritional High is focused on developing, acquiring and designing products and brands in the marijuana-infused edible products and oil extracts sectors for medical and adult recreational use. The Company works exclusively in U.S. states where such activity is permitted and regulated by state law, through entities which hold a valid license to produce marijuana- infused edible products and to distribute and dispense marijuana products.
Marijuana-Infused Products Segment
In its Marijuana-Infused Products segment, the Company is focused on developing, acquiring and designing Marijuana-Infused Products and Marijuana Concentrate products and brands. The Company is entering into royalty agreements with local licensees in U.S. States where permitted by law and regulation.
- Marijuana-Infused Products and oil extracts are the highest margin segments of the United States marijuana industry
- Establishing operations in Colorado and Illinois:
- Recreational (MIP) License: Local license holder to produce the Company’s marijuana-infused products such as candies, chocolates and oil extracts at Nutritional High’s wholly-owned facility in Colorado
- Recreational (OPC) License: Local license holder to grow marijuana at Nutritional High’s wholly-owned facility in Colorado for sale to dispensaries or MIP manufacturers
- Medical Marijuana Dispensary License in Illinois: One of 52 applicants granted an Authorization to Register a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Illinois. Retail property secured for dispensary.
- Undertaking to expand into additional US states in support of the Company’s strategy to create some of the first nationally-recognized brands for MIPs
- Scalable, royalty-based business model with infrastructure and expertise to consistently ensure product quality
Hemp-Infused Products Segment
- Launched the first product in its Active Hemp category under the brand of “Nutritional Traditions”
- The Active Hemp capsules are available in 5 mg and 25 mg doses, which include non-psychoactive ingredients that naturally occur in the industrial hemp plant. All hemp used in the products is tested for quality and purity
- Second product being developed is a push cap – a delivery system for nutritional supplements that can be used to turn an ordinary bottle of water into a delicious, healthy drink that consumers can carry with them throughout the day
- All active hemp products will be manufactured using extract from only the industrial hemp plant, containing less than 0.3% THC (trace elements only) and therefore may be distributed in all 50 states
- Initial distribution will focus on the States of California and Colorado through the following channels:
- Cannabis-related retail stores: medical marijuana dispensaries, vape lounges and headshops
- Food Supplement retail stores (eg. vitamin stores, supplement stores, etc.)
