Lexaria is a food sciences company focused on the delivery of hemp oil compounds procured from legal, agricultural hemp seed oil, through gourmet foods products based upon its proprietary infusion technologies. Lexaria Corp. is active in three market segments, all focused on your comfort and well-being.
First, we produce and sell edible consumer products infused with cannabidiol and available for sale in all 50 states. Through our subsidiary company we launched the ViPovaTM brand with a delicious hemp oil-infused black tea. Through our LexariaEnergyTM brand we are about to launch the LexariaEnergyTM Bar – a hemp oil-infused protein bar that just might be the most delicious food you’ve ever eaten!
Second, we own two patents pending for the infusion of hemp oil within lipids. We theorize that hemp oil delivered within lipids may have greater bioavailability and comfort to the human body. We are currently investigating methods of expanding our intellectual property in this exciting, new field of research.
Third, we are part of a joint venture that has filed an application in Canada, to be allowed to grow and sell medical marijuana in that country under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) legislation.
